Moebius Solutions, Inc. is honored to announce that we have been awarded the Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) contract for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology. This contract, awarded by the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG), and Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), focuses on advancing and improving Navy and Marine Corps operations through innovative Science and Technology (S&T) projects.

Contract Scope

Under this contract, Moebius Solutions will continue developing and enhancing the Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), WaSP, and Data Framework for the Maritime Operations Centers of the Future (DF-MOTF) components of the Analytics for Common Track Manager (ACTM) software. Our primary objectives include:

High Availability and Scalability: Migrating ACTM to a high availability, scalable ACS container that provides essential track management functions for building various track pictures.

Integration with ACS Technologies: Integrating ACTM with ACS technologies to dynamically scale processing resources, handling large track volumes while constructing the Common Intel Picture (CIP), Common Operational Picture (COP), and Common Tactical Picture (CTP).

Adaptive Architecture: Developing an architecture capable of automatically adapting to peak track input spikes of 1,000 tracks-per-second (TPS), ensuring flexibility to build user-defined predictive track pictures, such as the Common Maritime Picture (CMP).

Support for ASW Mission: Utilizing ACTM to provide a shared intelligence environment and situational awareness for the ASW mission, addressing track management challenges and building analytics that consume and update the CIP and COP.

Container-Based Technologies: Migrating analytic processing operations from rigid in-memory implementations to container-based, high availability technologies capable of dynamic load balancing.

Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Support: Ensuring ACTM supports the IAMD mission by providing near real-time handling of large volumes of combat system-generated data, including JREAP-C, Aegis 19702, and UGW data.
