Moebius Solutions, Inc. is honored to announce that we have been awarded the prime contract by NAVWAR 4.0 IT Tools Technical Engineering And Lifecyle Support Services, to provide comprehensive full-lifecycle software engineering services for the "4.0 IT Tools." This contract encompasses a suite of critical applications, including the NIWC Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Data Environment Repository (SPIDER), NIWC Acquisition Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR), Human Analysis and Requirements Planning System (HARPS), Technical Documentation Acquisition and Development (TDAD), and the NIWC Casualty Response Action Tracker (SCRAT).
