Contract Scope

 

The PEO C4I MAC is designed to support PEO C4I's program offices by procuring top-tier software development services. The scope of the contract includes:

• Development of New Software Solutions: Creating innovative software applications that meet the evolving needs of the Navy and DoD.

• Integration of Software Solutions: Seamlessly integrating new software with existing systems to ensure interoperability and enhanced functionality.

• Modifications and Enhancements: Updating and improving existing software systems to keep pace with technological advancements and operational requirements.

• Agile Software Design and Development: Employing agile methodologies to design, develop, modify, and integrate software solutions efficiently.

• Test and Evaluation Support: Providing comprehensive testing and evaluation to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of software systems.

• Software Systems Engineering Support: Offering engineering expertise to support the development and integration of complex software systems.

• Data Analytics Techniques: Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to design, develop, modify, integrate, and support new software development, as well as sustain existing software programs.

• Support Functions: Developing embedded training, online help resources, and providing Configuration Management support to ensure seamless software operation and maintenance.

 

Deployment Platforms

The software developed under the PEO C4I MAC will be deployed on Navy and DoD Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) programs. This ensures that the solutions are scalable, secure, and capable of meeting the rigorous demands of military operations.

Contract Duration and Value

The PEO C4I MAC includes a five-year ordering period, with an additional five-year option ordering period. If the option period is exercised, the estimated value of each contract could reach up to $200,000,000. This long-term engagement allows Moebius Solutions to provide sustained support and continuous innovation to PEO C4I's program offices.
